Shipping and Delivery

Standard Delivery: Free collection for the first return, within UAE. From the second collection onwards a delivery fee of 16.80 AED will be applied for standard UAE areas, and 31.50 AED for remote UAE areas.

International Shipping: For international orders, please note that you may incur clearance/customs charges, governmental fees, or VAT. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order to confirm any potential additional charges.

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made according to the courier company’s schedule, and time frames may vary. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your order status.

Delays: If any delays in processing or delivery occur you will be notified by email. Delivery times may also vary during public holidays, weekends, and Ramadan.

International Liability: Tropical Twist is not responsible for any loss or missing items for international shipments once dispatched. In such cases, a claim form must be filed with the shipping carrier.
