We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery within UAE. For international orders the time might vary.
A refund will be issued in its original form of payment, card payment, and it has to come along with the original receipt of purchase. The item has to be returned in its original condition.
Please allow several days for full refunds.
Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted and processed.

Check that your item qualifies for a return (kindly see returns policy).
Click 'Return' located on the Home page and follow the steps.
Re- pack the item with the original tags and labels and prepare them for collection.
Please note that the items will be collected within 3 working days.
We provide free collection for the first return. From the second collection onwards a fee of 16.80 AED is applicable within UAE, 31.50 AED for remote UAE areas.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you purchased, and once the return is accepted you can proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.
Please be advised that any return or exchange can be done upon stock availability.

In the unlikely event that an item might be faulty, kindly notify us immediately by sending an email to support@tropicaltwistuae.com so that we can evaluate it and make it right for you. Once the item has been checked, you will receive a confirmation email and a replacement of the item.
Alternatively, a refund will be provided, upon your final decision.
Damage caused by wear and tear is not considered faulty.

The items should contain all the original tags and packaging.
The items should be in re- sellable condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the same original condition without any stains, pulled threads, dust, odours, cosmetic blemishes or any traces of deodorant, oils, sun protection products.
Returns will only be processed after we receive and inspect the item(s).
We provide free collection for the first return. From the second collection onwards a fee of 16.80 AED is applicable, 31.50 AED for remote UAE areas.
Please be aware that order shipping costs are non- refundable.
If the return does not meet the above requirements, it will be sent back to the Customer, and the delivery cost will be your responsibility.
If you would like to exchange it any item will be considered as a return and you will need to place a new order for the item that you would like instead.

We do not offer refunds for any sale items.
